We provide wedding shuttles and transportation throughout the greater Asheville region but also, well beyond. Many weddings are further out and have limited transportation options, so we simply charge our same hourly rental rate of $150/hour per vehicle for those weddings further out.

We charge an hourly rate, and we are yours to use however you see fit. Whether that's one shuttle or 50, however many you need is fine by us. For most weddings, we run multiple shuttles from hotel to venue and then vice versa later on in the day. You can decorate and stock the bus however you'd like. BYOB. The time starts from first pickup to last drop off. This is a common question, and we like to be fully transparent that it's not just about "drive time" and time is continually running from start until end, with no option to split the time into chunks. We block off the entire time frame as we can't fit another booking perfectly in between the hours you'll need us and being a wedding, we certainly wouldn't want to be delayed. Also, we would need staff on the clock for that entire time frame, as well. Although we can't speak for other companies, this is likely what you would find across the board. For legal reasons, we do not include or serve any alcohol. We will have a cooler with ice and water, in addition to plenty of other goodies, and you are welcome to BYOB.

We have two 14-passenger vehicles meaning we can transport 28 each shuttle. We can make as many loops or shuttles, as you'd like as you are paying by the hour NOT mileage or number of trips. It's not uncommon for us to do 2-3 rounds from hotel to venue and then vice versa at the end of the day or night. Contact us if you need more capacity as we can arrange additional vehicles if need be.

Regardless of where you have us take you, you can count on a friendly and safe driver, koozies, local snacks, a cooler with ice and bottled water, Bluetooth, a Polaroid, string lights and many other thoughtful touches. It is BYOB and you will be purchasing your own drinks throughout the day.

Weddings and Corporate Events are the only bookings we build in gratuity, and we build in 20% gratuity.

$150/hour per vehicle. Each vehicle holds up to 14 passengers. We have a 4-hour minimum for all of our bookings. Additional charges may apply for custom pickup and drop offs, most not surpassing a flat fee of $49, which covers up to a 10-mile radius from downtown Asheville, to help offset added gas, labor, and mileage.

We provide light snacks from Asheville Pretzel Co. but you are more than welcomed to bring whatever food you'd like on board. In addition, almost all stops will have some sort of meal offerings whether that's a food truck, kitchen or close proximity to restaurants.
